Advantages of whiteboard paper as packaging material
(1) It has high processing and forming performance and mechanical properties. This includes good stiffness and fold resistance, deformation resistance, and mechanical adaptability. It can be produced continuously at high speed. The stiffness of the cardboard is proportional to its thickness and the quality of the materials used in each layer, while the fillers in the cardboard (such as talcum powder) can obviously improve surface smoothness but may also reduce stiffness.
(2) It has excellent printing performance. Its surface is tough and elastic, with high whiteness, smoothness, sizing, and planar strength, making it well-suited for printing.
(3) It has good cushioning performance, and when made into paper boxes, it can protect products well.
(4) It can save wood resources; white cardboard can be recycled and reused, thus saving a large amount of wood, which not only helps protect the environment but also reduces environmental pollution due to fewer production processes.
